PPCStart starts automatically after a soft reset if no wake-up function is active.
PPCStart shows the information in English, if no German region is selected within the country settings.
The following information is shown:
Actual time
The time is formatted according the country settings.
Actual date
The country settings adjust the language of the date.
Actual battery temperature
The battery temperature will be shown either in °C or °F dependent from the unit adjustment in the country settings. After the Pocket PC was in standby for a long time and not charged, then the battery temperature is equal to the environment temperature.
Actual battery charge
The battery charge may be displayed a few seconds later.
Off sets the Pocket PC into Standby.
Continue terminates PPCStart.
After 9 seconds without any input the Pocket PC will be set into standby again.
The handling can be also done by the arrow keys of the Pocket PC.
